Telephone Surveys

While there are several different approaches to conducting survey research, such as mail, telephone, and in-person interviews, telephone surveys have a distinct advantage. Since a high proportion of U.S. residents have telephones, high-quality information on citizen attitudes can be collected quickly and cost effectively.

The Florida Survey Research Center handles all aspects of telephone research -- questionnaire development, sampling, telephone interviewing, data management, and data analysis.
